Regional and seasonal
Being in harmony with nature also means buying and cooking seasonally. Only through the excellent interaction of local and regional products can the full flavor unfold, offering culinary experiences through new creations. We therefore source our food from local and regional producers. This is especially true for staples such as bread, eggs, meat, vegetables, potatoes and flour.
Sustainable
For us, sustainable action means careful and conscious use of resources. Therefore, we ask ourselves in everything we do whether it is compatible with the environment and whether it is sustainable. We take our ecological responsibility very seriously and have been integrating sustainability into our business for years.
Organic
OUR KITCHEN IS CERTIFIED ORGANIC! As a Bioland gastronomy partner, we stand for artisan tradition as well as high-quality and gentle processing. Quality, seasonality and transparency are important to us. Therefore we use in our kitchen almost exclusively ingredients from organic production. Of course, we buy our food with respect for the travel distances and distances to our delivery partners.
And good to know: We are regularly audited by an independent inspection body and have a valid organic certificate (DE-ÖKO-006).
