The start and end points of the RuhrtalRadweg - Winterberg in the Sauerland and Duisburg in the Ruhrgebiet - can be easily reached by car / motorhome.

Winterberg: via the A 44 (Dortmund - Kassel) and the A 46 (Arnsberg - Brilon) to the B 7 to Meschede/Bestwig and continue on the B 480 to Winterberg.
Duisburg: via the A 2 (Hannover - Oberhausen), A 3 (Frankfurt - Arnheim/NL), A 40 (Venlo/NL - Essen - Dortmund) and A 42 (Kamp-Lintfort - Dortmund) freeways.

Winterberg: Long-term parking is possible in the large parking lot at the Tourist Information (Am Kurpark 6). Free parking is also available at the train station.
Duisburg: There is a parking garage at the east exit of the main station and a parking lot at the main exit, both of which can be used for several days for a fee.

are available both at the starting point and on the way. In Winterberg, the above-mentioned parking spaces may also be used by motorhomes.
